Terms of service

All items can be returned within 60 days for a refund. They must be in their original packaging and be in new condition. All returns must have a return authorization number, which can be obtained by contacting us. We do not charge a restocking fee and we do not charge any return shipping fees.  Nice!

Please carefully measure the location for your item. A common reason for returns is that "it won't fit" or "it is too large." Many of our safes and filing cabinets are quite heavy, and that means they are very expensive to return because the freight expense is exorbitant. We do cover the cost, but it's not always fun.

Order Cancellation Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid us having to do a return.

All of our products ship free of charge to your location provided it is within the continental United States. For locations outside the Continental US or only accessible by boat or ferry, please contact us for a quote.  White Glove deliveries can have additional fees if one or more of these situations arise: more than 3 stairs, grass or uneven surfaces or steep slopes that must be traversed, delivery to Union buildings, or after hours deliveries (before 8am, after 5pm, or weekends).  Below are the delivery options, and they are all free.

Freight Shipment
The freight company will bring the product to the back of the truck, but you will need to remove it from the truck with your equipment. The item will be packaged and strapped to a pallet. A fork lift is recommended.

White Glove Delivery
You will be called to schedule an appointment. The delivery crew will unpack the product and carefully place it in your desired location inside your building. All packaging and debris will be removed. There can be a maximum of 3 stair steps. If you have more than 3 stair steps, contact us for a quote.

Just a Lift Gate
If you do not want an inside delivery but do not have the ability to unload the products from the truck, this delivery method will at least get it to the ground for you. The driver will lower it to the curb. The product will still be packaged and strapped to a pallet.
