Refund policy

All items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. They must be in their original packaging and be in new condition. All returns must have a return authorization number, which can be obtained by contacting us. Restocking fees may be charged on larger items up to 25%.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Please carefully measure the location for your item. A common reason for returns is that "it won't fit" or "it is too large." Many of our safes and filing cabinets are quite heavy, and that means they are very expensive to return because the freight expense is very high.
